Captain S. started their career in 1992 as a Captain in the Indian Army. In 2000, they joined HCL Perot Systems as a Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining administrative staff, completing special projects, and achieving financial objectives. In 2003, they founded I Call Solutions, a premier consulting firm specializing in product and engineering level staffing requirements. In 2014, they co-founded AskMentor Pvt. Ltd., a professional platform to facilitate specialized services to Start Ups in India. Finally, in 2016, they joined Cargo Exchange India Private Limited as Chief Strategy Officer, providing a simple, faster, visible and scalable technology solution to help freight transport and logistics operators. In 2022, they became a Business Strategy Specialist.

Captain S. attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1976 to 1988, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics. Captain then attended Badruka College Commerce Arts from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General. Finally, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and obtained a PGP in Strategy Management in Business Administration and Management, General.
