Joy Banerjee currently serves as Partnerships Growth at cargo.one since October 2022. Previously, from April 2020 to September 2022, Joy undertook the role of Stay-at-Home Dad, focusing on homeschooling and community engagement during the pandemic. As Founder and CEO of OffToYou from October 2014 to March 2020, Joy successfully launched and grew the business from inception to cash flow positive within two years. Prior consulting experience includes serving as Senior Consultant and cargo practice leader at LeighFisher from April 2010 to October 2014, where logistics consulting expertise was developed for diverse clients. Joy held several key managerial roles at Lufthansa Cargo between September 2002 and March 2010, including District Manager Sales and Handling and Regional Manager Sales. Early career experience includes positions as a Business Development Specialist at Lufthansa and a Management Trainee with Lufthansa Group. Educational qualifications consist of an Executive MBA with Distinction from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Cologne.
