Ray Roberto has extensive experience in the hospitality and hotel management industry. Ray has worked in various roles and positions in renowned hotels and resorts. From 2000 to 2001, they started their career as a Guest Service Agent at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Ray then moved on to The Fairmont Dubai, where they served as a Reservations Agent and later became the Reservations & Royal Service Supervisor and eventually the Asst. Reservations & Royal Service Manager. In 2007, they joined Raffles Dubai as an Assistant Revenue Manager responsible for reservations. Ray also served as the Assistant Revenue Manager i/c Reservations. Ray then worked at Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi as a Reservations Manager from June to December 2009. From December 2009 to September 2010, they served as a Cluster Revenue Manager at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Intl. Ray then joined Yas Hotel Abu Dhabi as the Director of Revenue Management, where they oversaw revenue management operations. In 2012, they moved to Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa as the Director of Revenue Management, responsible for managing revenue and implementing strategies. From July 2015 to January 2016, they worked as the Director of Revenue Management at Warwick Hotels and Resorts. Ray then joined Kenz Hotel Management as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management, overseeing revenue management operations for hotels under the Dusit brand. Most recently, Ray Roberto has been working as a Customer Success Manager at Cargobase, an independent logistics technology company providing Software as a Service to shippers and logistics providers.

Ray Roberto attended the National College of Business & Arts from 1992 to 1996. Ray obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a major in the field of study.
