Currently, Rhett serves as Co-Founder of Hesperia Capital, focusing on growth equity investments in mission-driven companies. Rhett also holds positions as Strategic Advisor and Chief Financial Officer at CargoSense, as well as Board Observer roles at Aloe Care Health and nami. Rhett's previous experience includes significant positions at Alarm.com, where accomplishments included four successful acquisitions and a minority investment. Rhett's career began at T. Rowe Price as a Vice President and Equity Analyst after earning an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowdoin College.
