We also truly believe in customer service. Unlike many other administrators who don't communicate with customers during the claims filing process, we actually pick up the phone and give your customer a call when they have a claim. And, if we have to deny the claim, we try to work the situation out with the customer directly to resolve the issue in their favor - not pass the buck on to our call center partners. 

At CarGuard, we believe our relationship with our clients is truly a partnership, and we treat our partners with respect and offer the best possible client service. We are also one of the only administrators that has a customer exclusivity clause in our direct marketing agreements that states that your customer is YOUR customer. Our rates are excellent as well.
