With a Licentiate degree in Finante Banci from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti and ACCA membership, Belgin has a strong background in finance and business management. Belgin is known for restructuring finance teams, implementing financial strategies, leading acquisition due diligence teams, and supervising ERP implementations. With over 30 years of experience, Cargus is the first courier company on the Romanian market.
