Anja Wolf

Anja Wolf is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in labour relations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist at CARIAD since March 2022, Anja focuses on designing and implementing innovative employment policies and negotiating works agreements while supporting change processes within collective labor law frameworks. Prior to this, Anja held the position of Lead Labour Relations Central at Zalando, where responsibilities included developing strategies for collaboration with employee representation bodies, project support in compliance with labor law, and providing strategic advice to management. Anja's career began at Bundesdruckerei-Gruppe, where roles progressed to Head of HR Services & Regulations, overseeing the negotiation and interpretation of company regulations and collective agreements, advising leadership on labor law issues, and managing payroll processes. Anja holds a Master of Science in Management and Consulting from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in General Business Administration from Berufsakademie Berlin.
