Claudia Weigel

Claudia Weigel is an experienced internal audit professional currently serving as the Internal Audit Lead at CARIAD since May 2020, with a background in corporate steering and the General Secretary Office. Prior to this role, Claudia held positions as an Internal Auditor at MOIA and Volkswagen Financial Services, where responsibilities included auditing processes across Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury, Accounting, and Human Resources. Claudia's expertise is further complemented by diverse experiences, including an International Trainee role at Volkswagen Financial Services - México, and internships at Deutsche Bank and KPMG. Academically, Claudia holds a Master of Science in International Finance from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Studies from Hochschule Harz, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
