Florian Morlock

Florian Morlock is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in product management and data science. Currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as a Senior Data Scientist at CARIAD since February 2021, Florian has a strong background in solution architecture and product management from a brief tenure at ASCon Systems GmbH. Prior experience includes a role as a Doctoral Student at Daimler AG, where Florian developed a range assistant for battery electric vehicles, focusing on consumption forecasts, routing, charging policies, and eco-driving strategies. Florian holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, along with two Master of Science degrees—one from the University of Stuttgart and another from the Georgia Institute of Technology—and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Stuttgart.
