From 2003 to 2018, Meike Lim served as a Testing Engineer for Automotive Embedded Systems at ITPower Solutions GmbH, focusing on systematic testing for clients such as Daimler AG and Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG, followed by a role as Testmanager for Automotive Embedded Software at Carmeq GmbH from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Meike Lim is working as a Marketing and Product Manager at CARIAD, overseeing major software platforms, including the ICAS1 Software Platform and the HCP5 Software Platform, and holds the position of Senior Test Manager for the VW.os Software Platform until March 2025.
