Rémi Barbier

Rémi Barbier is a Solution Manager for Infotainment at CARIAD since December 2020, specializing in Intelligent Cockpit technologies. Prior to this role, Rémi held several positions at Alpine Electronics R&D Europe GmbH, including Project Manager for Infotainment and Function Owner for Radio Tuner from February 2017 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes working at Bertrandt as Responsible Validation for Digital and Analog Radio Tuners for BMW Group vehicles, and at Altran, where Rémi developed Digital Radio solutions for the Volkswagen Group. Rémi's career began with a Master's Thesis at BMW focusing on Cooperative Access Network Selection for safety applications and included a brief stint as an International Roaming Assistant at Orange. Education credentials consist of a Master of Science in Mobile Communications from EURECOM and an Engineering degree in Telecommunications from Télécom SudParis.
