Rina Li

Rina Li currently serves as the China Transformation Lead at CARIAD, a position held since November 2020, where responsibilities include steering product strategy, future roadmap development, joint venture collaboration, and organizational restructuring. Prior to this role, Rina held several positions at Volkswagen Group China from March 2014 to October 2020, including Sr. Recruiting Strategist and Projects Management, as well as Strategic HR Business Partner for brands such as Bentley and Lamborghini. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page from October 2011 to February 2014. Rina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Business from the University of South Wales.
