Robert Welker possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in vehicle dynamics and safety testing. As a Versuchsingenieur and Head of Vehicle Dynamics at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA, Robert led projects focused on active safety and driver assistance systems, conducting tests and measurements related to chassis components. Following that, Robert served in leadership roles at Bertrandt, overseeing brake and transmission development while managing projects for virtual testing and ADAS vehicle evaluations. More recently, Robert worked as a Team Leader for system integration of automated driving functions at e:fs TechHub GmbH and took on project leadership roles at CARIAD.
