With a robust background in education and healthcare IT, Todd has served as an adjunct instructor at various institutions and held positions such as Senior Consultant and Certified Coach at Carilion Clinic. Todd's experience includes project management and training roles, particularly with Epic electronic health record software, where they promoted Agile methodologies and advocated for continuous process improvements. Todd holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication from Old Dominion University.
