Steven Theesfeld

Steven Theesfeld is currently a board member at Cariloop, but they have also previously worked as a Sr. Quality Improvement Facilitator at Telligen Inc from February 2013 to March 2016, and as a Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living from September 2004 to October 2009. At Sunrise Senior Living, Steven was responsible for hiring, training, staffing, managing, and coaching a team of approximately 40 caregivers at two different Assisted Living Facilities. Steven was also responsible for maintaining high occupancy numbers and quality scores in top 10% of company while at Roseville location, as well as implementing, training, and auditing company-wide and location specific initiatives for quality, customer engagement, and employee engagement. Additionally, they worked with families to establish care services and changes to care plans, address issues with services, and identify areas for improvement.

Steven Theesfeld completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder. Steven then went on to earn their certification in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Aveta Business Institute.
