Scott Schwefel is the Founder and CEO of Discover Yourself, Inc., established in January 2004, which specializes in teaching organizations new communication strategies to enhance sales, profits, and productivity. In addition to this role, Scott serves as a Top Rated Speaker for Vistage, training over 4000 CEOs in inspired leadership. Scott's board involvement includes a position with the Kenya Children's Fund and membership on the Advisory Board of Directors for CaringBridge. Previously, Scott was a Partner at Social Venture Partners Minnesota and the Director and Owner of United Training, a national technology training consortium. Scott founded Benchmark Learning, Minnesota's largest computer technology training company, and earned a BA in Organizational Behavior and Communications from Concordia University.
