Kristi Morrow

Kristi Morrow has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a 24-year period. Kristi began their career in 1995 at Cigna Healthcare, where they held various roles such as Delegation Oversight Manager, Controller, Contract Accounting, Business Systems Liaison, and Auditor. In 2002, they joined Healthways, where they took on multiple finance and operations roles until 2011. Kristi then joined HCA as the VP of Strategic Pricing & Analytics from 2011 to 2015. Afterward, Kristi worked at LifePoint Health as the SVP of Integrated Revenue Management from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been serving on the Board of Directors for United Way of Williamson County TN. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded CaringWays and currently holds the position of President.

Kristi Morrow attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Executive MBA degree.
