Michael Sentz has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Michael began their career at Textron as a Management Development Program participant in 2010. Michael then moved to Textron Systems in 2012, where they held the roles of Program Manager, R&D, Senior Project Manager, and Operations and Continuous Improvement Management. In 2016, they became Managing Partner at Handld It and Advisor at F13 Works, a SaaS platform that connects small/medium sized manufacturers and distributors with independent retailers. In 2017, they took on a role as Management Consultant at MD MEP. In 2018, they became Founder & CEO of CaringWire.
Michael Sentz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Miami University in the Farmer School of Business. Michael then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which they completed in 2019. In addition, they have obtained a number of certifications, including Proposal Management from Shipley Associates in 2015, Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in 2014, Six Sigma Black Belt from Textron in 2014, Capture Management from Shipley Associates in 2014, ISO-9001 Auditing from the International Organization for Standardization in 2013, and Materials Excellence from the Fisher College of Business in 2013.
