Ming Chen

Ming Chen is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Caris Life Sciences since September 2022. Prior to this position, Ming held the role of Data Scientist III at American Family Insurance for a brief period in 2022 and served as a Senior Data Scientist at Caris Life Sciences from July 2020 to April 2022. Ming's career began as a Data Scientist at Ecto from January 2019 to June 2020. Expertise includes identifying, cleaning, and analyzing aquaculture data using statistical methods and machine/deep learning techniques, as well as developing analytic systems and predictive models. Ming also has a strong background in creating visualizations and reporting dashboards with tools like Plotly and Tableau, alongside managing data science interns and projects.
