Aaron Ware

Aaron Ware, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Carisk Partners since June 2024. Previously, Aaron held the position of Vice President of Finance at BOLD PENGUIN from July 2021 to June 2024, contributing to the development of insurance technology solutions that simplified small business insurance transactions. Prior to that, Aaron was Vice President of Finance at Optum from February 2019 to July 2021, overseeing financial operations and strategic development within the Workers Comp segment. Aaron's extensive career at Optum also included roles as Group Controller and Director of Finance, along with an early career as Accounting Manager at Optum Workers Comp and Auto No-Fault. Aaron's professional background began at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Associate, focusing on Assurance Business Advisory. Aaron holds an MBA from Capital University and a degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
