Michael Hatfield

Michael Hatfield has a strong background in the technology industry, with a particular focus on telecommunications. Michael'smost recent role was as Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Carium, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Ciena (formerly Cyan) from 2015 to 2016. Michael also founded and served as President of Cyan, Inc. from 2006 to 2015. Michael's previous experience includes founding Calix in 1999, serving as COO of Cerent in 1997-1998, and holding various positions at AFC, DSC, and Ameritech.
