Madison Bean

Madison Bean is a BYU MBA graduate and class of 2023 Hawes scholar, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Carketa, where they drive process improvements and partner with key stakeholders on various initiatives. Prior to their current role, Madison held multiple positions in operations management at Blue Raven Solar, significantly enhancing efficiency and decreasing staffing costs. They also gained experience as a self-employed piano teacher and interned at several companies, including JRA Financial and Lou Lou and Company. Additionally, Madison has contributed to projects at Brigham Young University, demonstrating strong project management and analytical skills throughout their career.
