Bart Bailey

Bart Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience spanning various sectors, including consulting and defense. Currently serving as the Director of the Advisory Group at Carl Marks & Co. Inc. since February 2014, Bart specializes in performance improvement, financial restructuring, and operational assessments. As President of B Cubed, LLC since November 2012, Bart focuses on strategic planning and organizational development. Previous roles include CEO at RGS, LLC and 3001 International Inc., along with key positions at General Dynamics and VERIDIAN. Bart holds a Master of Science in Geodetic Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, Bart completed training at the Defense Systems Management College in 1991.
