The CEO, Carla, is a brasilian black entrepreneur. Editorial and graphic designer. Master's degree in Editorial Production from the Università di Verona, Italy. She is Papel & Caneta Voices 30, one of 30 voices that fought to change the communication industry in 2022. Member of the black design collective PretADG, at the Association of Graphic Designers of Brazil, awarded as Initiative to Support Diversity in Design. She is a columnist on design and activism for Mídia Ninja. Juror in editorial design and curator of diversity at the Brazil Design Award, 2021 and 2022 editions, organized by the Brazilian Association of Design Companies. She teaches workshops and lectures on editorial design, brasilian black design and corporate communication. Business Mentor at events such as Startup Weekend Salvador Black and Women.

We work with clients from all over Brazil and other countries. We are mostly women, black people and with presence of LGBTQIA+ community and people with disabilities.
