Christopher Orr is an accomplished academic and researcher with a diverse background in environmental science and engineering. Currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Waterloo since September 2021, Christopher also holds a position as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Carleton University. Christopher is involved as a Consultant and research co-investigator for the ClimateCitiesRecovery Research Project with the German Development Institute, focusing on climate action amidst the COVID-19 crisis. Previous experience includes roles at McGill University as a Research Coordinator, at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and the Engineering Seismology Group, alongside international project coordination at Falls Brook Centre.
