Mohammad Rayhani has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, currently serving as a Professor at Carleton University since August 2009 and as a Senior Technical Reviewer at Englobe since April 2024. Previously, Mohammad held the position of Group Director at Carleton Geoengineering Group from August 2009 to April 2024 and worked as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Terrafix - Queen's from August 2007 to August 2009. Early in the career, Mohammad gained experience as a Geotechnical Engineer at both BHRC-Road, Housing and Urban Development Research Center from January 1999 to September 2004 and Ashenab Consulting Engineers from June 1997 to January 1999. Mohammad earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil - Geotechnical Engineering from Western University, completing the degree between September 2004 and August 2007.
