Michael Bor

Founder & CEO at CarLotz

Michael Bor is the founder and CEO of CarLotz, a company that allows customers to consign their used vehicles. Prior to founding CarLotz, Bor held various positions in the automotive and financial industries.

Bor began their career as an analyst at Lehman Brothers in 1999. Michael then moved to Harris Williams & Co., where they worked in technology investment banking. In 2010, Bor left Harris Williams & Co. to launch their own company, Foglight Capital.

In 2011, Bor founded CarLotz. Since its inception, CarLotz has been a leader in the used car consignment industry. The company has consigned over 500,000 vehicles and has over $1 billion in annual sales.

Bor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Michael Bor has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business, and a BS in Finance from Lehigh University. Michael also attended Phillips Academy Andover.
