Ron Bailey

Ron Bailey is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction management, particularly with McLarney Construction, Inc. since May 2014 and as a project management consultant for Carlson Design Construct since 2010. Ron's expertise includes pre-construction services, contract negotiations, cost control, and client relations. Prior experience includes serving as an independent construction management professional with Bailey Enterprises from August 2010 to May 2014, and as a project manager at Palisade Construction, Inc. and Homes & Son Contractors. Ron Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University and has completed leadership training programs in 2007 and 2023.
