We are a structural engineering consulting firm that was founded to provide exceptional, professional service to owners and managers of large scale residential and commercial buildings in the Mid-Atlantic region. We specialize in the evaluation, restoration, and bidding of repairs of existing commercial buildings. We offer practical and cost effective solutions to meet our client’s goals by addressing building defects such as water intrusion, building settlement, construction defects and deterioration due to old age. We have just about seen it all: masonry (reinforced and unreinforced), concrete (conventional, pre-stressed, and post tensioned), steel, wood, light gage metal, stone, carbon fiber, EIFS, stucco, siding, and aluminum.
