Jon Tingling

Jon Tingling has a strong background in M&A and investment banking. Jon has worked as a Sr. Vice President at Carlsquare, a global technology and digital focused investment bank, where they advised on various transactions involving acquisitions and sales in the technology and software sectors. Prior to that, they held positions at Canaccord Genuity as an M&A Associate, where they focused on software and technology services sectors, and at KPMG, where they gained experience in transaction services, audit, and corporate finance. Jon also worked as a Finance & Accounting Analyst at Hyperwallet, a fintech startup, during its growth phase. Jon Tingling has a track record of successfully advising on high-profile deals and has received recognition for their outstanding performance.

Jon Tingling completed a Chartered Professional Accountant program at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Accounting from The University of British Columbia in 2014. Jon also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, completing it in 2012. In 2011, Jon participated in a half-year international exchange program at Copenhagen Business School.
