Fizza Umer

Fizza Umer is a Senior HR and Payroll Executive with extensive experience in payroll management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance management. They have worked at AL SEER GROUP and The City School, where they processed payroll for hundreds of employees and ensured full compliance with tax regulations and labor laws. Currently, Fizza is focused on global HR and payroll operations at CARMA, facilitating the international hiring process and enhancing HR efficiency. Fizza holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Karachi University and a Bachelor of Commerce, alongside foundation-level studies in Business from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
