The firm blossomed out of the AV Rated boutique firm, Carmel & Carmel, P.C. founded by the late Frank Carmel (1954-2021) in 1984, a leading firm in advising developers, lenders and investors in the legal issues involved in the marketing and sale of real estate in the United States.
