Carmen’s Authentic Mexican Food is a family run catering business inspired by our grandmother Carmen’s delicious, mouthwatering recipes. There are no cutting corners here—we make everything from scratch and put love into each step, from picking fresh produce each day, to making Grandma Carmen’s infamous handmade flour tortillas.

Our grandparents’ house was always full of people, seduced by Grandma Carmen’s masterful cooking. After 20 years in the banking industry, our mother Michelle, trained by Carmen herself, decided to pursue her dream of bringing the taste of her childhood home to the community, and thus, Carmen’s Authentic Mexican Food was born. We look forward to spreading the love from our family’s kitchen to your next family gathering!
