Kayleigh Jackson has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In that year, they were a Student Library Assistant at Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College, where they were responsible for helping students find books in the library, placing returned books back on shelf using Dewy decimal system, and assisting with issuing and returning books. Kayleigh also worked as a Catering Assistant at John Lewis & Partners, where they were barista trained, as well as food preparation, hygiene and cleaning. In 2019, they worked as a Catering Assistant and Active Bystander Workshop Leader at Students' Union UCL. In 2020, they worked as a Nanny responsible for a 5 year old neurodiverse child, a Keeping in Touch Ambassador at UCL, and an Activity Leader and Native Speaker Coordinator at Angloville Poland. Finally, in 2021, they worked as a Customer Support Associate at Koru Kids, and in 2022 they began working as a Customer Support Executive at Carmoola.

Kayleigh Jackson attended the University College London (UCL) from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology and Language Sciences.
