Ryan Kelly is the Director of CX and Service Excellence at The Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS). Previously, they served as the Manager of Client Services, where they developed a nation-wide service for subspecialty training positions and contributed to strategic planning for the organization. They hold a diploma in Public Relations and also studied Television Broadcasting at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Outside of work, Ryan is an active athlete, a novice cook, and enjoys reading.
