Shane Ralph

Shane Ralph is the Global Head of Compliance at Carne. Shane was previously the CEO of State Street Custodial Services (Ireland) Ltd and the EMEA Head of Depositary Oversight Services for State Street. Shane has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Ralph started their career at State Street in 1994. Shane rose through the ranks and became the CEO of State Street Custodial Services (Ireland) Ltd in 2007. Shane also became the EMEA Head of Depositary Oversight Services for State Street in 2012. In these roles, they were responsible for leading the premier depositary / custody operation in Ireland and overseeing a diverse outsourcing operating model.

Ralph has also served on various committees and boards, including the Irish Funds Trustee Committee and the Investment Committee of the State Street Ireland pension scheme. Shane is a former Irish Funds counsel member and is currently the Global Head of Compliance at Carne.

Shane Ralph is a certified chartered accountant who graduated from FCCA.
