Andrew Bowen is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in instructional design, assessment, and language education. Currently serving as Director of Instructional Design at Carnegie Learning, Bowen oversees the Instructional Design Team to align language learning programs with the organization’s mission and nationwide standards. Prior roles include Assessment Solutions Manager and Market Specialist at Language Testing International, focusing on assessment program implementation and strategic communications. Bowen has also held academic positions as a World Languages Professor at Marymount University, Professor at Northern Virginia Community College, and Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Spanish Linguistics from Middlebury College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from James Madison University.
