Tracey Roden

Tracey Roden, Ed.D., currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Carnegie Learning, a role commenced in November 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Product at RethinkEd, where leadership focused on developing intervention solutions for diverse learner needs across academics, social emotional learning, and behavior. Tracey held various positions at Frog Street, including Director of Learning and Director of Assessment and Research, where responsibilities involved leading assessment and research efforts. At Istation, roles spanned from Senior Vice President to Director of Professional Services, managing the production of curricular content and assessments for a widely used e-learning program. Early career experiences include positions as a Bilingual/ESL Literacy Specialist with Plano ISD and as a Kindergarten/First Grade Teacher at Dallas Independent School District. Tracey holds a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from East Texas A&M University, along with further educational qualifications in Elementary Education.
