Traci Phillips-Roach, M.Ed., serves as the Director of Professional Learning at Carnegie Learning since July 2011, with a focus on developing partnerships and managing the implementation of educational products and services. Traci has held various roles within Carnegie Learning including Director of Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Senior Manager of School Partnerships, where responsibilities included facilitating professional development, supporting sales teams, and ensuring successful product implementations. Prior experience includes leadership roles in educational administration as Principal at Barbour County Schools and Assistant Principal at Randolph County Schools, along with serving as Math Coordinator and Project Manager for NSF Math and Science partnerships. Traci Phillips-Roach holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Marshall University, a Master's degree from Salem International University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Davis and Elkins College.
