Fabio Misitano

Fabio Misitano is an experienced engineering professional specializing in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) assessments within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Principal Engine FEA Engineer at CARNOT since January 2022, Fabio has previously held key engineering roles at prestigious companies such as Toyota Motorsport GmbH, Jaguar Land Rover, and McLaren Racing. With a strong background in powertrain simulation and structural integrity assessments, Fabio has demonstrated leadership as a Simulation Team Leader at HORIBA MIRA and contributed to vehicle design and analysis at Bentley Motors Ltd, Ford Motor Company, and Fiat Auto. Fabio holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Automotive Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
