Steve Kidder

Steve Kidder has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. From 2014 to present, they have been the Director of Customer Service at Carolina Biological Supply Company, where they oversee a team of operations and customer care professionals. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as a Site Director at APAC Customer Services, managing contact center operations and international locations. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2006, they held roles such as Business Manager and Director of Operations at the same company, where they focused on P&L management and ensuring efficient customer service delivery. Before their corporate career, they served in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant and 2nd Lieutenant, where they held leadership roles in air defense artillery.

Steve Kidder received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
