Caroline Lending originates and services commercial loans secured by various types of real estate. We began in 2012 as a property rehab lending company in Texas and have since grown to fund new construction and development projects in a number of states.
• We provide land acquisition and construction financing for single-family development. We specifically provide small and medium size builders with funding for development on a larger scale.
• We also continue to provide acquisition and rehab financing for single family (non-owner occupied) and multifamily properties.
