Bill Taylor

Bill Taylor, P.E., PgMP, PMP, currently serves as Vice President - Senior Program Manager at Carollo Engineers, focusing on program implementation, execution, and business development while managing the Onondaga County Oak Orchard WWTP Program and advising Metro Vancouver on significant projects. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Program Management for a $2.7 billion portfolio at the City and County of Denver, Vice President - Regional Manager at PRIME AE Group, Inc. overseeing the Northeast water business line, Associate Vice President at Black & Veatch managing program and construction activities in the water division, and Principal at CDM Smith directing large-scale planning, design, and construction management teams. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Canton.
