Caroline Burger

Caroline Burger is a seasoned professional in civil and environmental engineering with extensive experience in urban stormwater quality and quantity modeling and design. Currently serving as Chief Technologist for Stormwater at Carollo Engineers since January 2023, Caroline has previously held a prominent position as a Partner at PVA, where expertise in developing the WinSLAMM software was utilized to assess pollution loading and runoff volumes. Caroline's background includes roles as an Engineer for the City of Madison, Water Resources Engineer at Brown and Caldwell, and Water Resources Engineer at AECOM, where a strong focus was placed on client retention and collaboration on hydraulic structure sizing. Caroline holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
