Caroline Burger

Caroline Burger serves as the Chief Technologist for Stormwater at Carollo Engineers since January 2023, overseeing website and documentation development while troubleshooting models and instructing WinSLAMM Courses nationwide. Previously, Caroline worked as an Engineer for the City of Madison, WI from May 2019 to January 2023 and as a Water Resources Engineer at Brown and Caldwell from August 2013 to April 2019, focusing on urban stormwater quality and watershed studies. Earlier, Caroline was a Water Resources Engineer at AECOM from September 2001 to July 2013, emphasizing stormwater planning and hydraulic structure sizing. Caroline is also a Partner at PV & Associates, LLC since November 2006, where responsibilities include developing the urban stormwater quality software WinSLAMM. Caroline holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
