Dan Baker

Dan Baker is an experienced professional in civil engineering and architecture with a focus on residential and commercial land development. Currently, Dan serves as the Utility Advisory Services Information Officer and has held various leadership roles at Carollo Engineers since June 2007, including Program Management Group Business Integration Lead and Business Solutions Practice Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Sphere Manager at Westin Engineering from 2005 to 2007 and as an Associate at Malcolm Pirnie from 1997 to 2004, along with a role as Project Manager at Nave, Newell & Stampfl, Ltd. from 1994 to 1996. Dan holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Villanova University, where participation in the Honors Program occurred.
