David Pier

David Pier is an experienced professional in engineering and capital program management, currently serving as the Capital Program Manager at Carollo Engineers since December 2015. Prior to this role, David held the position of Principal at GPM Consulting, Inc. and managed the capital improvement program at Metro Wastewater Reclamation District, involving over $1.4 billion in infrastructure enhancements. David's expertise extends to project management and engineering design, demonstrated during tenure as Engineering Project Manager at CDM Smith, where significant water treatment projects were executed. An academic foundation includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
