Eric Harold has extensive experience in environmental engineering and management, currently serving as Vice President at Carollo Engineers since May 2017. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Arcadis from November 2004 to May 2017, including Associate Vice President and Principal Environmental Engineer, specializing in collection systems modeling, wet weather planning, and regulatory assistance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Commissioner for Arlington County E2C2 from 2001 to May 2013 and working as an independent consultant focusing on collection system wet weather planning.
