Inge Wiersema

Inge Wiersema, PE, ENV SP, serves as the Water Resources Practice Director and Vice President at Carollo Engineers, where expertise spans water resources planning, infrastructure master planning, and hydraulic modeling. With a career that includes leadership roles at Carollo Engineers since 2006, Wiersema has demonstrated a commitment to delivering One Water solutions and managing senior specialist teams across the United States. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Engineer at MWH, focusing on water, sewer, and recycled water master plans, and as a Drinking Water Specialist at DHV. Wiersema holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Environmental Science from Wageningen University & Research and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a BSc in Environmental Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
