James Hill has extensive experience in estimating and design roles within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as BIM Designer 2 at Carollo Engineers since May 2020, James previously held the position of BIM Designer 1. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Rebar Estimator at Suncoast Post-Tension, Ltd., and CSA Estimator at Kiewit, where James was responsible for inputting quantities into estimating software and creating cost comparables. James also worked as a Paving Estimator at Barnsco Texas, Inc., and as an Estimator at Gerdau North America, gaining expertise in various estimating software and customer service. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer-Aided Drafting from ITT Technical Institute.
