Jeff Berlin is a seasoned professional in the field of environmental engineering, currently serving as Vice President at Carollo Engineers since June 2002, where responsibilities include facility planning and design for municipal wastewater treatment clients, cost estimating, training, operations and maintenance development, construction services, and regulatory compliance.
